Notice 10-21-2025 : The office will be closed on Thursday, Oct. 23rd through Thursday, Oct. 30th, 2025. Normal Business hours will resume on Monday, Nov. 3rd, 2025. Building Inspection hours will still take place on Tues, Oct 28th and permits can be picked up at the Village of Barneveld office.

Comprehensive Plan

Land use in the Town of Brigham is directed by the Town's Comprehensive Plan. The Plan provides baseline information and specific goals, objectives, and recommendations the Plan Commission uses to make decisions about growth and development within the Town.

Zoning is administered by Iowa County with input from the Town.
